Orange Blossom Mead
Our search for the perfect honey to use in our orange blossom mead led us to the far south. This honey is from the nectar of the orange tree blossoms of Florida. We watched carefully for a year as this mead aged to its current perfection.
The generous alcohol content is perfectly balanced by the residual sugar giving this mead a sweeter finish. Our traditional process captures the floral notes and rich body that nature provides.
